Bakgrund:
En ny skola, Höglundaskolan, har byggts i Jordbro. Den rymmer 600 elever i årskurserna förskola till åk 5. Vi inledde 2010 ett samarbete med Tornberget och arkitektfirman Klark för att i ett tidigt stadium kunna planera och samverka kring konsten i byggnaden. I arbetsgruppen ingick även lärare och rektor som ska arbeta på den nya kolan, och tillsammans formulerades en målbeskrivning för vad konsten ska bidra med i verksamhet och miljö.
Hösten 2010 beslutades det att Lisa Jeannin och Rolf Schuurmans skulle arbeta med konsten för skolan och våren 2011 presenterade de sin första skiss.
